Kacey Legnitto, MS, RD, CEDRD-S
Eating Disorder Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Certified Counselor
Kacey Legnitto is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian, Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian Supervisor, and an Intuitive Eating Certified Counselor. She specializes in supporting others through eating disorder recovery, becoming an intuitive eater, and in sports nutrition.
Eating is meant to be joyful, free of guilt, and nourishing. This can become challenging in a looks-obsessed world. There is also so much nutritional information available today, which can make eating over-complicated and confusing. Kacey’s goal is to support each individual in using their internal wisdom and strength to cultivate a way of eating that feels supportive mentally, physically, and emotionally. Together we will navigate the ups and downs to making a peaceful relationship with food and body.
Kacey is a proud, anti-diet Registered Dietitian. She practices from a weight inclusive space, using a Health at Every Size & Intuitive Eating informed approach. Kacey believes there is no “right” type of body and that health cannot be represented by a number. When we honor our bodies signals, allow ourselves to enjoy satisfying foods (without guilt or food rules), and engage in self-care, our bodies will settle at a place that is unique to each individual.
